  I like how the film shows that Benji is both good and flawed without him having to explain or justify himself. He’s a complex person, but the film isn’t about figuring out why he is the way he is. It’s about David—his pain in loving and caring for Benji, hating him yet wanting to be him, trying to understand him but never getting the answers he wants.

  The truth is, people like Benji may never fully explain how they feel…
