A lot of people will say this was the best of the Heisei era or even that franchise PEAKED here. But I feel like I’m missing something here because I really don’t agree here. Besides Biollante’s concept/sick design and the legendary song ‘Bio Wars’, I don’t get much from this one. The characters are pretty barebones which is a shame because the story of the Dr. Shiragami and his daughter has so much missed potential. I’ll visit this again sometime in the future but as of now, I’m a little disappointed given the hype surrounding this one.

Invincible 2021
Up to Season 3
Loved seeing the various ways the themes of death Mark has to grapple with all season. Good character moments and a good action set pieces specifically at the end of the season with Conquest. Can’t wait for the next season!
