An original proposition which unfortunately get carried away in the third act. What at the start is the fictionalised behaviour of a multiple personality disorder relating with a fearful but intelligent protagonist becomes a spiderman-twilight-Hannibal-horror knock-off that takes away the seriousness it first presented. James Mcavoy, any taylor joy and dr.fletcher were interesting a could've lived without the two other girls.

Nothing that a cute magical-realist-coming-of-age-drama can’t heal.
A tender watch for a Sunday evening, reminding us to be present and grateful for what we have instead of fantasising about happiness in an uncertain future. The ‘wokeness’ of the characters sometimes feels forced, but I understand the directors attempt to explore bisexuality, through a relatable/mainstream way - particularly if tailored for a gen z audience.
