  super heavy on the gore effects, and a pretty interesting central premise! i had fun watching this b est of all b movies. a little disappointed with the ending…. but still. it doesn’t not get cheaper/funkier than this.

  thaaaaats what i’m talking about. i was really impressed by tetsuo, but this is perfection. where tetsuo reveled in its own chaos, bullet ballet controls this chaos into a more visionary and intentional style. not as slathered together, if that makes sense… there were some real stand out sequences like the gang fight in the street midway through. the micro budget atmosphere, the almost illegible editing (in a good way?), and great performances… so many different aspects have been sharpened…
