  Well shit, I definitely wouldn’t be able to hang with this if it wasn’t so sincere. The acting across the board is great and it’s shot wonderfully. It’s incredibly hokey but fun and reassuring and easy.
  Kevin Bacon looks like he’s the frontman for a power pop band, Diane Weist with black hair, Chris Penn meatballin’ around, it’s all good.

  Auckland in the mid 80s seemed like a very chaotic and messy zone. Punk and wave street fashion representation, lots of moody city shots, compelling with a little bit of a weak conclusion.
