Six-String Samurai 1998
I low-key loved this. It’s not great, but it’s a fun and campy road movie that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Mad Max, meets Lone Wolf and Cub, meets El Topo, in a Borderlands/Fallout setting with a rockabilly soundtrack.

Taxi Driver 1976
Torn on this one. Cinematically it’s great, and withstands the test of time pretty well. I genuinely think it’s one of Scorsese’s better films. But I kinda hate what it represents. Incel loser spirals after failing to woo one woman and save another, lashing out in a violent killing spree, only to become the hero, saving the child and winning over the girl, who he then rejects because he’s finally found his self affirmation. Give me a break
