Just as stunning as the first one. I loved seeing the funny personalities of the secondary characters being continued in the sequel. I especially enjoyed, once again, seeing the entertaining interactions between Major Bröckl and the Telegrapher. And loved seeing Sissi once again ruin a hunting trip by saving the animals. I adored the coronation sequence at the end. All of the beautiful architecture, cathedral music, jewels, and gowns. I cannot get over how pretty these movies are!

Sissi 1955
*.✧”I wasn’t sleeping. Just dreaming”✧.*
Everything in this movie is stunning. From the costumes, hair, lighting, colors, set design, music, to even the opening and ending credits, it’s all so gorgeous. Sissi’s hair and gowns are especially beautiful. I love how she feeds birds and a baby deer in her free time, I love how she sneezes to save a buck while out hunting. I love everything.Translated from by

Heretic 2024
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Hugh Grant rant about religion, board games, and music (he meows, plays The Air That I Breathe by The Hollies, sings Creep by Radiohead and talks about the Lana Del Rey Get Free lawsuit!). I also very much so appreciated the fact that the religious people were the protagonists and not the antagonists unlike most of the religious horror movies I’ve seen. A great physiological thriller with a religion and pop culture aspect tied into it!

Home Alone 2: Lost in New York 1992
“Who wants to spend Christmas in a tropical climate anyway?”
Oh to spend Christmas in New York in the 90s.
One of those rare instances where the sequel is just as good as the original. Just like the first one I absolutely adore the colors and Christmas decorations in the movie as well as the score. A magical Christmas movie!🎄🎁☃️Translated from by
