I THINK I CAN HANDLE IT
It’s interesting, the more movies I watch the more I notice parallels and similarities to the Wizard of Oz and that’s most apparent in this film. The characters are so lovable and empowering to watch. The sound is phenomenal and it pairs with the animation cosmically. One moment I really appreciate is when Chichiro is leaving and walking through the dark. The shot holds on her and she shows her brave face (shown earlier).…

IF YOU DON’T HAVE MY MONEY YOU’LL BE WEARING YOUR ASS FOR A HAT
A truly cool heist movie and by cool I mean cool blue. I’ve notice Michael Mann loves giving his movies a cool blue hue. Also love that Michael Mann has to have water on the streets because he enjoys the reflection of lights. The cinematography is out of this world and scored to match. James Caan is a bad mother fucker in this film, do not mess with that guy.
