The greatest action film ever made. Just beat for beat perfect, so technically sound, and so damn cool. Every watch, post-Fabelmans, shows Indy in a whole new light. It’s so sweet seeing Spielberg’s version of what he wanted to be when he was a kid. What kid wouldn’t to beat up the bully, get the girl, and look cool doing it.

I Saw the TV Glow 2024
Schoenbrun is one of the most unique and singular voices in film right now. I loved World’s Fair but it clearly felt like a debut, whereas TV Glow feels like a total mastering of those ideas. I find Jane’s exploration of identity as an entity over physical form, as well as the subsequent suffocation of being trapped in that form, so fascinating.
