Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker 2019
It’s like a warm hug from the Star Wars universe. Does it have issues, sure. Do they try so hard to over correct from the previous that it’s a little too safe, completely. It’s clear JJ had a big task on his hands and I couldn’t imagine a better person to be at the helm on this final movie.
After being overly emotional and crying for the full length (with downright sobbing at some parts) I walked away satisfied and at peace. The perfect bookend to a 9+ movie adventure.
