Well guys.... we did it!!!! We finally got what we wanted! And now we have to give it up for the man so many hated on, Zack Snyder! He was unfairly treated for his take on Superman, then for his BVS adaptation, then he had a tragedy used as a way of removing him so that WB could make more money. Judas and the Black Messiah 2021
I’m going to review this movie and not the ideas, that is a far more complicated subject.
This movie is amazingly shot, perfectly acted, beautifully paced. It felt like I was watching a “Jesus Christ Superstar” type retelling for a man that was in many ways seen as a messiah to people. I really have zero complaints.Translated from by

If you love history and film and you love film history you will love this film. It’s a bit fatty in the middle and not quit as surreal as I was led to believe by the trailers, but it’s still good. Oldman is amazing and no one in the cast brings the movie down by there performances not measuring up to his. I love the feel of the story the most, it feels lube you as the audience member are either drunk or hungover with Mank.
