Much to think about. Without a doubt every piece of the production is exemplary. The acting, cinematography, score, and costuming are brilliant across the board. I feel it needs to sit with me more/I need to watch it again and perhaps again before I can fully grasp it.

Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood 2019
I’m willing to entertain that this flew over my head, but I don’t know. Despite compelling performances all around, I feel it just failed to really grasp onto anything. Everything just sort of happens - there is no overarching plot or character narrative to really latch onto. It maintains momentum via Quentin’s immense talent for writing a good scene, but it winds up feeling like a collection of scenes that don’t form a complete picture.
