  Probably one of the most put together and tight of the Carpenter movies. It would seem Roddy had a lot of say in how he did things and that’s fine, but falling over shit isn’t acting— even if he thinks it is. Also, that accent is thyiiickah.

  Paul Raci gives an incredible performance. 

  
  Truly what I’m looking for in a movie. A tribute to the recoup, rebuild, retire, and relearn. People in band are sheltered which means they aren’t so susceptible to the outside, which leads them to growth others can’t comprehend. It’s a mix of East and West Philo that resonates.

  
  Hearing the world through what is going on in his head is a huge part of the film, and not what most want to generally hear in a film as it can be off-putting — and that’s to shame!
