Really loved the first half, but sadly the second half didn't hit, and the ending was unsatisfying and leaves you with a dozen unanswered questions.
The visuals, however, were absolutely stunning. I would sit through it again just for that, and for the great performances from our main trio.
Let's normalize putting intermissions in movies over 2 hours long.

An absolutely brilliant horror concept. Might be my favorite limited-series of all time?
The island setting aids in creating such a unique tone and feel to the series. The performances are incredible and the execution of the plot is great. My only knock is that the writing is a little over-indulgent sometimes, and those scenes tend to drag on too long.
