  I hate that I didn’t love this movie. I wanted to love it so bad. There were a ton of scenes that felt longer than necessary and I didn’t love the writing. I’ll give it another chance though because #girlpower but maybe Quentin wasn’t lying when he said this is his least fave.

  Another Earth 2011

  I first saw this movie a month ago and I still feel my heart wrenching whenever I think about it. This is one of the most beautiful movies I’ve seen in general, but the themes about forgiveness, grief, and tragedy were especially resonating. I guess you can say Another Earth falls into the sci-fi genre, but I felt like I was watching an indie drama. Lots of theories about the ending that I won’t spoil. I will be watching this a million more times and anything else Brit Marling has touched.
