Might be the coolest film I’ve ever watched. Literally felt like a kid when I used to read Roald Dahl in primary school

Se7en 1995
Such a class film. Been wanting to watch this for ages but everything about it was just amazing. The acting was phenomenal. I loved the dark themed production and gruesome, disturbing visuals. The suspension was non stop and I had no idea what was going to happen. The ending was heart wrenching though omdddd. Usually movies have a good ending but this one had the worst one. Definitely rewatching this

No Country for Old Men 2007
Started off good but longed out to nothing. Felt like there was no depth or substance to the film and the ending was extremely underwhelming. I enjoyed the acting especially from Javier but idk how this won 2 baftas lol

The Matrix 1999
Can’t believe it’s taken me this long to watch one of the most iconic films of all time??? Nevertheless, what a masterpiece. Absolutely loved the style and the concepts of this movie are incredibly unique, unsettling and creative (especially for its time). Not only are the visuals amazing and it questions you “what IF there is more to reality than what it is?” but it reminds you to believe in yourself. Know yourself. Trust yourself. Such a fun watch
