Under the Bridge 2024
A rare true crime drama that gives the subject a voice and shows the full humanity of both the victims and perpetrators of a horrible act. It’s hard to convey that a criminal and those they harm could be anything but purely good or purely bad but I think this show does it well. (With the exception of Kelly…what a scary “little girl”)
also broke the lesbian cop trope by having Lily Gladstone quit her job in the end <3 hooray
