  While this movie was pretty ridiculous, I was very into it and engaged the whole time. At times I could feel more in my stomach thinking about what they were doing. Certainly an edge of your seat movie. Not to watch if you don’t want to be feeling anxious!

  I enjoyed this movie so much more than I thought I would. I assumed it would be boring, and had also seen the same trailer so many times, that I wasn’t excited to watch it. But it turned out to be a very beautiful love story about these two scientists who were so different but so in love with nature and volcanoes. The story of their relevance in both the science world and then the safety world was so fascinating.

  While the movie kept my attention the entire time, there was a bit of feeling of repetition to it. The whole movie, there’s this kind of ever-present fear that Alice’s boyfriend could show up and you’re not sure what he could do. That lended itself well to the feeing of suspense, but I just found myself often annoyed with Alice and wanting to shake her.

  All in all, the premise was really interesting and it kept my attention, though glad it was only 90 minutes!
