1. Anyone else feel like being an expendable would be lowkey kinda fun fr?? Is that the wrong message to takeaway from this
2. Robert Pattinson is our world’s silliest actor and it makes me so happy that he’s happy. So nice he got to do it twice
3. Need Ruffalo’s veneer guy. Not quite Poor Things but he’s a wonderful caricature actor (making that phrase a thing)
Three thoughts™️:
1. This thing was a strong strong 4.5 until the ending. See the review by evan_swhear for taking the thoughts directly out of my brain
2. The sound editing of this, specifically of the doors/windows/claustrophobia of it all was immaculate (pun intended). The team of All Quiet on The Western Front does it again
3. Acting was very strong throughout and I’d love for Ralph to get his Oscar. Tedesco hitting the vape will never not work
