  Ok ok, I'm slowly warming up to the bumbling Inspector. This one passed the 6 laugh test quite easily, the slapstick was less telegraphed and caught me by surprise on a few occasions. I particularly enjoyed the parallel bars scene as well as the fights with Cato. The plot is still nonsensical and incoherent, but I don't suppose thats what people come to these films for. And much like 'Return', this really should be edited down to a tight 90…

  The Bourne Identity 2002

  Rewatched as the wife was a Bourne-denier, and was mightily impressed by how well this film holds up. Matt Damon is a robust lead, his bland personality makes him credible as an amnesiac super soldier.  The action set pieces are stellar, and I still love the Mini car chase through the streets of Paris. Looking forward to The Bourne Supermacy again. (Susan fell asleep)
