The music was good and the action scenes were amazing, Jon Bernthal is an amazing actor he was underused unfortunately.

I haven’t watched a thriller as good as this in a whileeee
Scorsese presents an amazing dynamic between Billy and Sullivan, presented constantly through the movie through things like their relationships with other characters. Even the overall colour schemes of the shots either character give off different vibes.
Billy Costigan’s descent into madness is great to watch, incredibly well written and a joy to watch thanks to DiCaprio’s incredible performance, along with Sullivan’s rise to power.
Also has amazing twists…
