Dont really get the conversation around the film appenrently reliyng "more" on cgi and "less" on practical effects than fury road did, wich seems to me more in refference to the sharper, more digital and less grainy look of this film. Seeing some of the behind the scenes, like fury road pretty much all of the stunts were done for real and later composed together, further than that some action sequences involve longer takes, unlike fury road, whose action scenes…

Samurai Rebellion 1967
Great story, excellent blocking and lighting and a really good leading performance by Mifune. Fantastically choreographed and directed fight sequences towards the end, what came before just didn't grab me enough. Quite similar to Harakiri, but doesn't reach that high.

Nobody Knows 2004
Very sad, but very well held together by the mostly child cast. Could've easily not worked with this many children in the main cast, but there really isn't any point in the film where I had a problem with their acting, Kore-eda really seems to have a hand for that!
