    Thought this was going to be a serious movie and maybe it should’ve been. But it managed to make being unserious workable and the leads’ performances were great. Very silly ending but I wasn’t really expecting it. I enjoyed watching it in part because it was just funny to laugh at but I would not watch it again

    Deliberately and successfully baffling at the start. The sense of horror is palpable you’re entirely on edge with good jump scares and some hideous scenes. Was contrived at times especially the ending but it was a fitting ending nonetheless. Still don’t understand the background but that doesn’t matter because you can feel its pull and effect. Visually beautiful especially the shadows and light. William Dafoe spectacular.

Bob Dylan much like Elton John isn’t afraid to show how awful he was unlike most celebs. I’m not bothered by us never really getting to know anything about him because I feel that is the point nobody ever did.
