Not bad. Aged a bit since I remember.

Some poor editing with choppy cuts to random new locations without any context. The story is also razor thin but the chemistry between Craig and Green is really strong.

I would’ve preferred the Quentin Tarantino and Brosnan version, mind..

    Best song too.

I remember being quite indifferent on this film when it came out, but I was so wrong.

It’s beautiful, charming, sweet and sad. Anderson really is a master at his craft when he’s on top form.

A masterful piece of filmmaking by a genius.

I will say, the breast touching scene makes me feel a bit weird. In a different world I’d perceive it as youthful innocence blossoming into sexual awakening, but with the shadow of ‘Hollyweird’ looming in the back, there’s a feeling of unease.

    Awful.

One of the worst films I have ever watched. Ever. It’s very easy to exaggerate in this world but that was a car crash of an experience. At various points I had my hands covering my face out of second hand embarrassment.

Essentially a vehicle for M.Night’s useless daughter to showcase her ‘talents’.

Note to the director: Stop zooming the camera in her face. Stop making us watch her songs. Stop making her out to be some quick thinker.

The whole concept fell entirely flat on its face and was just a blatant case of nepotistic filmmaking.

Marvel’s best outing by some metric since Endgame (as they allude to in the film).

The film does suffer from plot issues and pacing. I believe this is down to the production initially struggling with a concept and Hugh Jackman’s late assignment to the film.

The movie also has to include some bloated and uninteresting big bad which gives our heroes a reason to team up. Also, Logan’s past didn’t quite add up in the tragic sense...an angry mob of humans killed the mutants? Wut.

Still, lots of good jokes, fun cameos and a fairly fun G*****.
