  thought it would just be parasite 2, but i liked it quite a bit. where parasite is about how shitty modern capitalism is, this is about settler colonialism & like the birth of capitalism. i thought it was a fresh critique, but the execution was not super amazing because it felt too long. the film kinda dragged on in the end. the costumes were cool & i thought the sauce bit was funny every time. the accent was insanely distracting and funny. recommended watch.

  1 the southern drawl never stops being funny so that wasn’t as bad of an idea as it seems. 2 this has the most boring shots i’ve ever seen. they seem to be on a really cool set & it is filmed like a marvel movie. 3 costumers were consistently alright, the mask bit was like coworker funny. 4 obviously once the twist is revealed you have the entire plot figured out. 5 the chinese subtitles on netflix were fucking insane.…

  This is one of my favorite films ever. A brilliant introspection on wealth inequality. 
  From the perspective of children living in motels off the highway outside of Disneyland we are shown in a stark contrast the destruction poverty does to people.
