  falls prey to the pitfalls of franchization. its narrative is all over the place simply because it knows that it has another movie to tie up loose ends & expends valuable screentime on pointless references at the deficit of its main characters. i did adore the morales family dynamics and the experimental expressionist animation style, but the ending fell short in its execution of a cliff-hanger. not a real criticism but i wish we saw more of peter b and miles…
