  Athenaeum Screening w/ Rodger + James Deakins

  This is one my all time favorites, and getting to see this in a packed theater 18 years after its release. Also, getting to hear from and watch it with Team Deakins was magical. Getting to hear about how the visuals came about and little on set stories that happened during filming.

  Scorsese doesn't hold back when presenting his latest film with the horrific, crime drama detailing the series of murders of members of the Osage tribe in the 1920's. It's seems like Scorsese has been quiet in his filmography in the last decade, but he reminds us yet again why he's one of masters of cinema. He serves up another masterpiece and it's up there in my top five favorite films of his for me.
