Well this was a flop. This movie lost me already after like 10 minutes. Okay, it did visually look oretty good, that was some damn good CGI, but sadly that is pretty much the only good thing this movie got going for itself. This movie is HEAVILY overhated in my opinion. It all looks damn good, certainly for its tile. It has an interesting story. There is good humor in it. Characters are portrayed well both in looks and behaviour. The action is damn fun and cool to watch. Damn, even knowing what I could expect from this movie, it managed to surprise me quite a bit.
The story is very interesting and really hooked me to keep me invested. But it was also very human and not pure science-fiction, making me feel for the guy.
Robert Pattinson does an amazing job playing 2 versions of the same character and the other acting performances are very well-done.
And it all looks really good with pretty much flawless CGI and all that.
So ye, this movie was a happy surprise for me and I recommend it for sure!
