I’m speechless. So many scenes are already replaying inside my head. This has to be one of the best sequels to an, in my opinion, yet outstanding first instalment. Every aspect of it is spot on and truly next level. The scale, the cast, the soundtrack, the story.

It grabs you from the very beginning up until the end. The pacing is amazing empowered by a story told in such an immens way and scale. The cinematography and story go…

Exactly what I wanted this to be: funny, over-the-top and to my surprise incredibly gory. The idea is great and the movie makes use of that making it an action packed ride from start to finish. Don’t expect much from the story though, but that gets overshadowed anyway because of the action sequences.

The casting is perfect, Jack Quaid is the right pick if it comes to silly characters who do not know how to talk to a girl but end up being a badass.

I think Timothée Chalamet might be one of my favourite actors of all time.

    So real.

Much more enjoyable than I would have thought.
Of course some sequences are exaggerated and over the top but what would you expect.

From the moment they stood face to face with the lion for the first time, the movie held a tense vibe all the way to the end.

The character development is really basic though. We got to know little backstory of this family, but I didn’t feel any emotion or connection with it whatsoever.

Idris Elba is a beast though, you got to give him that.

A fun, psychological mystery carried by Michael Fassbender and Cate Blanchett. They are born for roles like these.

It’s an intriguing story that kept me wanting more piece by piece, however it could have had more action and a somewhat bigger twist at the end. It missed the wow-factor.
