  I love the perspectives that are being explored here, and some scenes are really spectacular... but the sentimentality is just too much. I don't believe British people are real after seeing this. Shout out to the mobsters who appeared straight out of the Looney Tunes btw, they were great.

  Typical modern wave of Flemish cinema about an "important" subject, getting lost in boring narrative. For some this type of film might bring catharsis, but sadly enough I already have basic human empathy so I'm not getting that out of it anymore either. Whatever they tried doing with the one song repeating itself every 30 minutes or so did not work. Some scenes looked nice I guess. The type of inoffensive film your Flemish high school would take you to as a school trip, to try and spark some discussion afterwards.
