  This movie was okay. The storylines of the characters were all pretty great and realistic, and the acting was really good. But I think what holds back this movie are the retarded ass edits. While I’m all for experimentation, so much of these visual ideas just failed. They look super lame and take me out of the movie. But some of them work well, like the withdrawal scenes, but I wish they had kept the editing low key.

  This shit was actually pretty good, especially for an anime movie. The dub was way better in the movie than in the show, so if u thought it sucked in the  show dw about it. Really lame ending but some really good writing. The cgi looked like ass but overall, I enjoyed it.

  After watching Gummo, I was hella disturbed but also very amazed with the camera direction, so I decided to watch another Korine movie. I saw this one had Ewen Bremner and he did not disappoint. This shit is straight twisted, fucked up and disturbing. Extremely intimate look into a severely mentally ill family, lots of trauma and abuse. Not for any sensitive viewers, super hard to watch, very creative tho and great performances.
