  This film is a love letter to Dragon Ball, and everything that made it so special in the late 80s in to the 90s. There may never be a better showing of the essence of Dragon Ball on screen.

  Just like the two films that precede it, the action in this one is explosive. This time however, we get an intimate look of the battle through close camera shots and motion tracking.

  You might as well go back 15 years and just watch More Than a Game and pass on this one.

  There needs to be drama for a dramatization, and this movie brushes past any chance for the same with how much it attempts to cover. 

  A better approach would have been to focus on the highs and lows of one season.
