I love Michael Mann. Even though the script is pretty meh, the visuals and sound design are 👌🏽
Although there is a lot of 80s cheese, I can’t get over how good scenes are. I love the part where Graham and the rest of the FBI officers are sifting through the evidence. The way that scene is shot, edited, acted, and written just makes me love watching a Mann film.Translated from by -

The Monkey 2025
The second film written and directed by Oz Perkins in the past 12 months. This could not be anymore different than Longlegs and I am all for it. The Monkey is a fun, 90 minute film that knows exactly what it is. It’s got a ton of jokes and interesting kills that are reminiscent of Final Destination. The pacing and characterization were mid, but then again, what do you expect from a movie called The Monkey.
