Unironically better than Emilia Perez
How is this the first 2025 release I've seen?

This one's a lot to unpack.
For the the first half of the film I could not understand what Charlie Kaufman was going for in terms of theme. It came to me in the second act and when I realized I was blown away.
In my eyes, this movie is about the fear of getting old. Not just getting old, but growing old with someone else. The fear that you made the wrong choice or that if you don't make…
My first movie back in theatres.
I walked out the theater with my friend. I was analyzing every aspect of this movie, my friend was still trying to comprehend the first ten minutes. He gave it a 2.5/5 and I almost cried. This movie will age well I'm sure of it.
(Also, that ending, is the greatest thing I have ever seen.)
