Watching Minions felt like my brain was slowly rotting away every time they spoke in their nonsense language for more than a minute, which happened a lot. It’s easy to write a movie when over half the dialogue is just gibberish. I’ll give it credit for looking decent and having a few funny visual gags, but they’re scattered far and few between in this completely unengaging mess of a story.

This movie felt like eating a bunch of empty calories. I watched it and felt nothing. You know exactly where it's going and where it will end up from the first 5 minutes. I am always perplexed when watching these made for TV rom-coms. Who is watching this and having a fun time. It honestly feels like they're made for people who have just been lobotomized.

One of my favorite Steven Spielberg’s film. There is SO much effort put into this from shooting on location on an actual island, using huge life like animatronics, and changing how movies are made by combining CGI with real effects. I love how this one doesn’t feel like a monster movie. They do a beautiful job romanticizing these dinosaurs giving them so much respect. I was pulled in from the score and visuals immediately just as I was as a child.
