Should not be relating to Neil but here we go. Guys this shit was so sad and also so interesting. I love how when it comes to aliens it really feels convincing every time we have the other kids perspective and then when it gets to Neil and how special he feels with the coach just ew. I cried like a bitch. This movie hurt me so bad I honestly don’t have anything bad to say it’s just so sad. I really recommend it for anyone going through loss and if anything it reminds you that forgetting won’t help, you have to go through things for them to matter and forgetting means you’re losing who you are. This movie makes impermenance it’s main theme and god it’s scary but it’s beautiful.
