  Clerks II will always be my favorite of Smith's I think, but this one is pretty great, if only because it's the story of a realistic(!) male friendship.

  This is in the category of "glad I watched but probably never again and I can't really recommend it to people". Some of it will stay with me--particularly the naturalistic acting and the interesting mix of lauding the main characters while also seeming to almost parody them.

  This one was fun--it begins with a few well-done (if a little tired) tropes but fairly quickly starts to go off the rails in a good way. (See what I did there?).

  Plusses:
  + A coal locomotive on fire and going in reverse
  + Douglas is a competent director, and chose some great people to work with.
