First time watch. Loved the freedom, loose ends, genuinely inventive, surprising, funny and horrific scenes humming with high and low vibrations of existential crisis.

Spotlight on Laura Dern smile and locomotion scenes wildly great. 

Personal note: I accepted and completed the challenge of watching Inland Empire, including the credits, while 35 weeks pregnant without taking a bathroom break. 🏆

Pretty fun premise that got blander as it went on.

After the finale, Steve asked what my thoughts were. I prattled on for a while, then asked what he thought. He said:
I loved the chemistry between the guy from The Sopranos and Rachael Ray! I mean, they really had it. Just unreal.

Seeing this at the Belcourt with an audience of veteran and first-time viewers was a dream ✨💭✨ and walking out hearing the former explain the plot to the latter was a bonus treat.

An all time great theater experience, my heart swells.
