Essential viewing for everyone. Equal parts enraging, heartbreaking, and hopeful, it is impossible to watch this and not come away with both a seething hatred of the Israeli genocide machine, but also a deep sense of awe at the resilience of the Palestinian people in the face of such atrocities. Palestine will be free one day, and I pray that it is soon.

Visually dazzling, and as a cat owner I can confirm that they NAILED the cat’s mannerisms.
I think I’m just not a whimsical enough person to fully enjoy this though. Killers of the Flower Moon 2023
Very good, but deeply, deeply sad. Anchored solely by Lily Gladstone’s powerful and heartbreaking performance, it suffers every time she is not on screen. I have very mixed feelings on the ending (bumped it down half a star solely due to that), but it does feel like Scorsese’s way of acknowledging that he is a white man telling a story that isn’t his.
