Megalopolis 2024
I’d equate this to cubism. There’s enough familiar elements to make it out, but it’s certainly not a traditional approach. I did feel like some of the nuance was lost in the last 10 minutes. Also a handful of sloppy VFX elements took me out of it. Maybe the carelessness of them was the point.
The cabal of YouTube essayists are going to have a field day with this one.
