The Last Showgirl 2024
Loved the cast and the cinematography! The ending was less than stellar for me as it offered virtually no closure to the magnetic story told over the hour and a half. I enjoyed seeing Dave Bautista in a more serious role for a drama film opposed to comedic relief for thriller films. I wish the relationships between characters would’ve been flushed out more - but I think the purpose was to reflect on Shelly’s career and choices opposed to reflecting on the independent characters.
