hot damn, we love a lead actress who commits to the absurd in the best way possible. maybe absurd is the wrong word - this is a film about connection, in all of its forms. more beautiful amusement park lights in cinema, please.

it’s been a weird couple weeks for me depression wise. I’m recovering from another injury, which has had me out of work for a month and some change. I’m in a funk that has “dulled my sparkle”, for lack of better words. everything has fallen off, including my ability to write stupid jokes on the movie website. it feels like something is missing, and I’d like to get better.
