  I cried when the deadbeat dad is smoking a cigarette, riding his motorcycle without a helmet, and leaving his kid at the courthouse. But, I loved the angels. So, when it ended, I whispered, "Can I watch it again Dad?"

  First movie in a movie theater!

  My dad programs movies for a local one-screen theater built in 1948. He took me and my friends in the morning and served us all popcorn. I got to help him scoop it behind the counter. All the parents got drinks and then Dad took us to the projector room.

  White Christmas 1954

  At almost 2.5 years old, we decided it was time to let Jet watch screens. I'm very excited, and should start a list of all the wonderful things to come. And thus, Christmas movies kicked it off.
