  Had Amy been alive this movie would have pushed her over the edge.

  How such interesting and emotional source material has been turned into one of the most cookie cutter music biopics containing classic tropes such as record label bad. How an any winehouse film is made without any actual insight into her death baffles me. Also the paparazzi plot just suddenly appears two thirds into the film like blam! But then doesn't really go anywhere.

  Whilst nic cage is always good to see doing his thing, the awful dialogue, lack of cohesive plot, the sudden introduction of the supernatural and devil into a movie which has seemingly been based in the real for most it's runtime creates a film which I find to be lazy with so many unanswered questions; like why is agent carter is so much like Johnsen from peep show??
