I love all of these BBC Spook'ems. The well lit indoor sets and daytime outdoor scenes seem to amplify the dread and doom. Grim and comforting.

Mother's Day 1980
My first Charles Kaufman film. As campy as I expected in many ways, but a lot more brutal. The moments of levity seem placed to give momentum to the imminent brutality.
Not that fun, and probably won't get a rewatch unless someone else really wants to see it. Most Troma films are still new to me, so I'll keep digging.

The newly formed Dog Man returns to the home Knight and his dog shared with Knight's girlfriend. I bought this used DVD in a 5/$20 deal from Hollywood Video sometime between 2006-2008. I'd never heard of it, but the blurb on the box sold me. It has been sitting on my shelf unwatched since that time. It's been through many moves.
