  Perfect first movie of the year. How can I hug an Ewok?!

  I liked this one! Dafoe is such a joy. Every shot framed and lit beautifully. At the end I left feeling a bit violated, nauseous, and jumpy. 

  Also, first time seeing people leave a movie and never return. They missed out.

  Liked the film more than I thought I would, but it was a bit stranger than I thought it would be. I appreciated the fast paced and witty dialogue the most. All the characters were pretty annoying and said the most out of pocket things. Lost count of how many times I rolled my eyes. Idk maybe that was part of the movie’s point. 🤷‍♀️

  Exceeded allllll my expectations. I can see why this is a classic yet underrated film (can a film be both?). This movie had the perfect amount of tension mixed with just the right level of 70’s cheesiness. An all around enjoyable movie.
