  Where do I even start with this film? It has a lot of issues at the screenplay level, but everything else is great. The best moments are amazing and the worst moments are like...what. After reading some explanations on the internet, I understand what Phillips was trying to do and I think it's fascinating, but it isn't quite there. I would've done a few test screenings and tweaked it.

  I'm not blown away like I was with the first one…

  This film was really really good. Constant action throughout, and it didn’t feel forced or contrived. Each action piece was unique in its own way and added a lot to the story.

  It did have some small writing issues: I thought the dialogue was a bit weird at times, and the movie was a bit lengthy.

  Overall, a very solid addition to the series and one of my favorite films of the whole year so far (right now my second favorite behind Guardians).

  I think Fallout was better.

  Woah…

  This was incredible. Probably one of the best screenplays I’ve ever seen. The cinematography and acting was incredible. I have a lot of thoughts, so in typical Nolan movie fashion, I need to process this one.
