After rewatching this I can definitely say this is an excellent movie, i wish some parts were in silence and just the moment between two characters to have a little more of an awkward and tense feeling.

I think a story of life, death, and acceptance is one that is often told in many ways. with the way that the boy and the heron tells it is beautiful, heartfelt, and honestly a bit confusing
i think its an amazing movie that shows a story of a boy dealing with his mothers death and accepting that not everything has to be okay.
my personal favorites are the birds, the hand painted backrounds, and of course the score.

i bought a 4k tv and a sound system just to watch this movie, absolutely worth it.
the acting isnt crazy but the cinematography, the lightning, the SOUNDTRACK!!!! thats a story in and of itself.
for years i was told "you havent seen interstellar? dude its so good!"
