It was good but not great. It was a downright weird time at the movies, but not unenjoyable. The plot felt cohesive and the acting was rock solid, but there were several character decisions and general storylines that left you scratching your head. Additionally, it really felt like a swing and a miss on any kind of larger, existential discussion around what it means to be human. There were several scenes that lightly stuck their toes into philosophical waters, and those scenes were tantalizingly close to being amazing, but they far-too-frequently devolved into chicken suit ludicrousness and an odd attempt at humor.

A twisted, weird, and demonic story, but not altogether unenjoyable. Theo James was putting in work and I love watching actors test themselves in new and interesting ways. The main plus this has going for it is that the kills were bloody and pretty gory, but not disgustingly gruesome.

This is more than just a conservative movie, it’s a good movie that has conservative themes and conservative actors. It is absolutely worth your time and it’s not a chore to watch it— you won’t want to like it, you’ll actually like it.

This movie may be titled What is a Woman, but it’s really a film about truth.

It’s actually great cinematographically, and the content is well-organized and clear eyed. This is a lightning rod topic right now (although the controversiality of the topic is itself controversial) and Matt does a great job of leading and directing the interviews and in keeping them on topic and relevant. He stays respectful of his guests and keeps his agenda neutral, leading to some incredibly…
