it was understandably brief as it was only 10 mins, but if it was 20 mins and expanded a bit more it would have been a lot better.

one of those movies that makes you cry every time. i've related to the issues in this movie since i was young, so this movie is really sentimental and brilliantly done. it shies away from right and wrong, and further explores how a person can redeem themselves from their past actions. from the paper x's falling off the people's faces to shoya's mum burning his money, it subtly introduces heavy topics and follows them through to the end. it allows viewers to relate to the characters and see hope in what might feel like a hopeless situation. definitely one of my favourites :3

hood classic! forgot how cute this movie is. the hug between eugene and rapunzel is EVERYTHING and i loved seeing her explore the world for the first time. mother gothels young character design is so beautiful and they way she manipulates rapunzel is done really well. also her braid with the flowers was so pretty! :3
